  • Do you need to be a member?

    No. you do not need to become a member, and there are no ongoing fees.

  • Do you charge for travel time?

    No. You are not charged for travel time. You are only charged for time onsite working on vehicle.

  • What is the warranty on your work?

    Our warranty on all work carried out comes with a 12 month parts and labour warranty. We do not carry out temporary repairs as they may fail & leave you paying for the same repair twice. We get it right the first time! Click here for more details about our warranty.

  • What are your operating hours?

    Our operating hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 6 days a week. First booking is at 8:00am and booking times are every 2 hours there after depending on work load.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash, cheque, EFPTOS, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Union pay and participating cards/ debit and credit cards. All payments are to be finalised at completion of repairs.

  • Will I know how much it will cost? Or will I get a big shock?

    All work required is estimated prior to commencing repairs/services and you are totally in control of the repairs/service you decide to proceed with. And all work estimated to you is rounded up, so the only shock you will get is that it's cheaper!!!!

  • Are you a break down service?

    Sure we do break downs. But we are not a "break down service". All repairs/services must be booked in and we can get there ASAP if required. We do all mechanical and all auto electrical repairs whether it's broken down or not, at your home, office, work or Side Street.
